Message from Fuyumi
Whenever I am visiting abroad, I always wonder what people are actually eating at their homes. The Japanese dishes that are well known abroad are only a part and the numerous dishes that we enjoy daily in our homes. I would love to introduce these dishes that I cook for my family, so that you will be able to repeat these recipes upon returning for your family and friends.
